Erma Shepherd

Erma Shepherd is the headstrong Captain of the Rescue Corps, leading the rescue mission on PNF-404 during the events of Pikmin 4. Her family has served in the Corps for generations upon generations, with her being the 99th captain.

That would be LAMBDA, the Rescue Corps' xenoecologyst and ecosystem researcher, working in the Science Operations branch.
How did they meet?
Lambda was assigned to Shepherd's crew as the ecosystem researcher to understand and document PNF-404's dangers.
Why This Character?
I saw myself a lot in Shepherd's character, especially how sometimes her anxiety hinders her and her oh so endearing airheadedness.
How do they compliment one another?
Lambda tries to help Erma's fear of creatures, while Erma helps her feel lke she belongs right where she is.
